  • How much does it cost to use the platform?


    Studios pay a monthly subscription fee (waived for the first month) and a fixed percentage of any class revenue earned through the TightFit. Studios must pay instructors separately for completed classes.
  • How do studios receive payments?
    Studios receive total class revenue minus any applicable subscription and class fees.
  • How do you manage studios with more than one location?
    Within one account, we can accommodate as many locations as a studio has under its umbrella of one brand.

  • When will I be charged for a class?
    If you have indicated interest in a class, you will be charged for it once it's confirmed to take place. If you need to cancel, you will receive a refund as long as it's within the specified cancellation window.
  • What is the cost of using the app?
    Clients are charged a per class fee (determined by the studio) which is processed only once a class is completed.
  • Can I cancel a class that I've proposed or booked in the TightFit app?
    Refunds are available for cancellations made within the requirements of the studio's required timeframe.

  • How do I get approved to teach a suggested class in the app?


    A studio must approve you as an instructor within their administrative portal for each type of class in order to be considered as an instructor for a particular offering.
  • How do I get paid as an instructor?
    The TightFit does not compensate instructors. The studio will pay you for any completed classes based on your agreed upon terms with them.
  • Can I sign up for classes as a user and not an instructor too?
    Yes, you simply need to change your profile setting in the app based on how you would like to propose or book a particular class.
